Over time, Hotel Mendoza evolved into MENDOZA GASTRONOMIA COLECTIVA S.L., becoming a leading company in its sector in Marina Baixa.
As time went by, our clients started requesting new services: buffets, waitstaff, dinners at private homes, baptisms, communions, weddings, and given the growing demand for these services, MENDOZA CATERING was born.
